The Hornets continue to try to stay alive for the postseason while battling through the absence of three time All-Star Chris Paul. The Hornets lost to the Cavs last night bringing their record to 30-27 with 25 games to go. This is good enough for 3rd in the Southwest division and 9th place in the Western conference. Porter, Saints Come Marching In
The Saints won Super Bowl XLIV with play calling that was indicative of the Sean Payton era in New Orleans: be the aggressor, take calculated risks, play to win. The onside kick call will surely live on as Super Bowl lore, but the decision to go for it on 4th and 1 late in the 2nd quarter was equally as gutsy.
